Terms and Conditions for Transportation Reservations

*If a reservation is cancelled within 14 days of the arrival date, a 15% penalty will be charged.

*If a reservation is cancelled within 7 days of the arrival date, or the guest does not show up, a 100% penalty will be charged.

*Reservations cancelled more than 15 days before the arrival date can be made without penalty.

*Date changes will be accepted without penalty.

*No refunds will be given for a departure cancellation. However, date changes will be accepted.

*Other amendments to a booking will be handled on a case by case basis and will be dependent upon transfer availability.

*All prices are based on the Philippine Peso (PHP). Currency Conversions are based on public online sources and are approximate. Charges to customer’s credit card for full payments are in US dollars.

*My Boracay Guide Logistics Team is happy to assist you with your luggage when required, but ultimately you are responsible for your luggage. We will not be liable for lost, damaged or stolen luggage.

Terms and Conditions for Activities 

BOOKING POLICIES:

It is best to book your activity at least one week before the date of the activity to secure your desired time. Also, some activities can be completely booked months in advance so please book early.
For same day bookings please call our customer relations officers for booking requests.
If you would like changes to your schedule or have additional guests please call our office immediately.
All prices are based on the Philippine Peso (PHP). Currency Conversions are based on public online sources and are approximate. Charges to the customer’s credit card for deposit are in US dollars.

CANCELLATION POLICIES

1) Island Tours and other activities will take place rain or shine.

2) It will be the company’s discretion to accept guests joining the tours and/or activities under the influence of alcohol and the activity will not be refunded.

3) The goal of My Boracay Adventures is to ensure that all participants have an enjoyable and safe experience during the tours and the activities. For this reason, we reserve the right to refuse access to our services under circumstance we deem appropriate.

4) My Boracay Adventures will not refund on the day of the tour or activity for the following reasons:

*No-show and late arrivals
*Guest decides to leave the tour/activity
*Guest does not find the tours or transportation departure location

5) Any cancellation of booking must be through email, and received by My Boracay Adventures at least 73 hours prior to the scheduled trip.

Otherwise, the following charges will apply:

* If a reservation is cancelled 72 hours or less prior to the activity date, only 50% of the amount charged will be refunded.

* If a reservation is cancelled 24 hours or less prior to the activity date or the customer does not show up, the entire booking amount will be charged.

* All costs incurred to third party suppliers as a result of the cancellation

6) Tours or activities cancelled by a tour/activity provider will be promptly rescheduled or a full refund will be made at the discretion of the guest.

Refunds will take from 14 to 21 business days to be processed. Once processed, it will be refunded to the guest’s credit card or be deposited to the guest’s bank account dependent upon the original payment method.

WEATHER CONDITIONS – While the service is in progress, cancellations due to weather conditions are solely at the discretion of My Boracay Adventures Management. A 100% refund will be made if the service is cancelled due to severe weather conditions.
