Hi! How come your rate is lower compare to if I will go to the website of the Hotel and book from them. For example, Boracay Holiday Resort. Thank you!

  5. Rane says:

Boracay is one of the favorite tourist destination in the Philippines. The beach just so amazing and perfect for getaway. I can’t wait to go back to Boracay next summer. I just love all the night parties in the area.

  6. BRAD says:

dang-receptionist et al(who walks along the beachside wearing white polo shirt and grey pedals and holding pen and notebook) she’s the one will aproach you 1st and offer the free dinner buffet for a couple at astosria boracay then she will let you sign the 90mins commitment for a presentation but she will not disclose the product. then she will introduce ms jenny-manager for the orientation then jenny later will introduce mr roger-salesman or etc will do the long long product presentation at the end he just offer the club shares not the room accomodation package. all in all it took us about 2 hours and 20 mins that they wasted our precious time instead going around boracay. so the lesson is, there’s no such as free in this world. free meal but they will steel your time unless you are really starve 🙂

I don’t see TWO SEASONS as one of the hotels featured here. Do you have plans on adding them? It’s one of the nicest that I’ve seen so far. It’s nice if I could book them from this website since it is very easy and sure is user-friendly!

  11. michelle says:

My friends and I will be in boracay on aug. 29 to 31 and we are kinda in a budget. I’ve done my research but it seems the other sites I’ve visited are not updated. Hope you can help me.

I would like to know if how much will be the fares from kalibo to boracay?
And how much if we avail of the helmet diving per person?

Do you happen to have contact?

    Hoping for a quick reply.

By the way I like visiting your site.

Congratulations! I really really love your site! Its really helpful. I was browsing accommodations from the other site, but i could not decide because I cannot visualize where it is located, and how far etc. but your site just provide me with the information that i wanted. The map of each hotel (location) on each station was really a brilliant idea!! Keep up the good work, i will surely recommend this site to my friends.

I am visiting Boracay for the first time with my husband, and am just so excited! Definitely will book through your site!

    • Thank you so much for those kinds words. When we were designing the site the idea of giving accurate, useful information was at the center of the plan. Key to that was a focus on location and helping our users to make informed decisions about where they would be staying. We very much appreciate you taking the time to share your experience with us. Please let us know if there’s anything else we can do for you.

    hi there.
my husband and I are planning to visit boracay hopefully on next year after our wedding on january 2010 for our honeymoon for few days . i was looking for some information which is really suited on our budget and thanks God i’ve found your site and it was really the best rate for me.but i would like to know more infomation about the rates ive seen herein the internet that ,is it a package? 3days and two nights per person / per room?what are those inclusions? and how to book online coz this was our first time and we live in mindanao. we hopefully hear you soon thank you and God bless

    thankyou and more power

    • Hello from Boracay and Congrats on the Wedding!

      Thanks for the compliments.

The prices listed for all the hotels are per night. They include taxes and there are no service charges, so there is no “plus plus”, and the rates you see listed are the exact charges.

You can book online either using your credit card to pay a 15% deposit, or since you are in the Philippines, you can prepay the reservation through a direct bank transfer. Both options are available on the booking form.

      Thanks Ivy!

  21. Mark R. says:

We visited your website last summer and booked reservations for October 2008 at Mango Ray as per your suggestions. We had a wonderful time and your service and website exceptional. I will be in touch with you soon to plan another trip for this coming October. Our last trip was 3 nights and was just too short. This time……maybe 7 nights….I have been to many beaches in the USA and Caribbean, but Boracay tops them all!!! Thanks again for all your help and this blog is long overdue!!!

    • Sounds like you love Boracay as much as we do! October is actually my favorite time of year in Boracay. Halloween is especially fun if you are into night time activities, as it gets pretty wild.

We very much appreciate your comments and look forward to helping you with your next trip!

  22. Elsye says:

We r thinking of visiting Boracay during the month of june, we hv booked at the Grand Vista for 13 nights but I was thinking of splitting it into 2 hotels instead of just being in Grand Vista the whole while. What is yr recommendation and view? As I am not so sure that it is easy to get from Grand Vista to the main beach and back during the night out.

    Thank you

  23. Kristine says:

    Hi 🙂

We are planning to go to Boracay on the second or third week of June and this is a very helpful site. Thank you so much for putting it up.
Your rates are great! 🙂 The lowest i’ve seen so far.. my only question is, does the rates indicated here already include the taxes, service charge and other charges? are there no hidden charges? what about the ferry transfer from Caticlan? do you offer that as well?

    Hoping for your prompt reply.

    Many thanks and more power!

    – Kristine

  24. Ian says:

    Hi There,
The site is very user friendly and definitely provides us with a guide that anyone couldn’t. Many Thanks! Got lots of options now. Anyway, possible to know if your your resort rates are always updated?

    • Hi,

Thank you! I am always happy to hear people are enjoying the site.

As to your question about rates, yes, our prices are always up to date. If you have any more questions don’t hesitate to ask.

  25. RPM says:

Are all Boracay hotels represented here?
My wife and I noticed that Nigi Nigi Nu Noos is not on your site. Did that close down or change names? I did see that Nigi Nigi Too is on there.

    • Hello,

Nigi Nigi Nu Noos is no longer on our site. Feel free to email us at to discuss alternatives. Our Boracay experts would be happy to help.

      • Hello!

We are pleased to tell you that Nigi Nigi Nu Noos is back on the MyBoracayGuide website!

We’re quite diligent in monitoring our hotel selection, and delivering on our ‘lowest price guarantee’ promise. For several months, we were unable to guarantee the best prices at Nigi Nigi Nu Noos, and unfortunately had to remove the listing from our site.

Nigi Nigi Nu Noos is a great place and unique property; a Boracay establishment icon. We’ve met with the owners and been given lower rates that will allow us to offer Nigi Nigi to the users of the MyBoracayGuide.

@RPM – To specifically answer your question “ARE ALL BORACAY HOTELS REPRESENTED HERE?”. The answer is no. There are more than 300 accommodation, lodging, hotels, resorts, establishments in Boracay. We’re here in Boracay, and we’ve chosen about 80 of our favorites.. places with good reputations, places that offer good value for the peso, and places that we feel comfortable sending our guests to. We could very well list them all, but we think that the generous selection of quality hotels we have listed offers a generous number of options for all tastes and budgets for a wide variety of guests. Please feel free to browse the site and the selections it offers.

  26. mbg says:

Thank you all so much for the positive feedback!

Sorry the reply is so late. I just started the blog and had to figure out a few things.

  27. Nicole says:

Hi, I’m trying to choose among Two Seasons, Residencia and Sur for my hotel accommodations for my next stay in Bora. The resorts are located side by side, but their rates are varied. You might be able to share your opinion as to what’s good and what’s bad in each? Would appreciate your inputs. Thanks.

  28. Sumit says:

Hi I have visited your website and i really liked it and thank you people for putting up the boracay details so nicely that is really appreciated… Even I am from the travel back ground never seen such nice, short and precised information ever. I was looking for some information for my group in Boracay and for that have gone thru so many websites related to Phillipines but this was the best.
