UPPER
BlueBird villa is a charming fully furnished villa that is situated in what is known as the Sunrise Cove Community. It overlooks Bulabog beach which is known for kite surfing and wind surfing. There are 3 levels, and each bedroom has a sea view. Next to the villa is a share pool where there is a beautiful view of the ocean. It is a 3-minute walk down the hill to Bulabog beach and a 7-minute drive to the famous White Beach.

LOWER
The Master bedroom is on the upper level of the villa, and commands a full sized dressing room complete with make-up table and mirror. The en suite bathroom has his and hers sinks, as well as a large shower. The ceilings are high in a decorative cathedral type design which make the room feel very spacious not to mentioned there are wall to wall and floor to ceiling glass door doors so you can maximise the full view of the ocean. There is also a terrace which has a good sized seating area.

On the main level, you will find the kitchen which is large and contemporary. There is also a breakfast bar as well as separate outdoor (but protected) dining room where you can dine with a magnificent view of the ocean. You’ll also find on this level, the large rooming also with decorative ceiling and glass doors which take up the whole wall. There is a deck which surrounds the entire living room and a guest room with bathroom which has its own private balcony and sea view.

There are two apartments on the lower level of the villa. Two permanent staff live in the small apartment, whilst the bigger one is a kitchen, large dining/living room also with an ocean view. It also has a large bathroom with shower, guest room which has a balcony and sea views.
