Please note that Beach Houses are in high demand.
No Show or Cancellations less than 7 days before arrival will result in penalty charges of 100% of the total
Cancellations made 8 days to 14 days before the arrival result in penalty charges of 80% of the total
Cancellations made 15 days to 30 days before the arrival result in penalty charges of 50% of the total
Cancellations made more than 1 month before the arrival result in loss of 15% deposit
An administration fee of 15% is charged for changes in confirmed booking. Changes depend on availability.
