By the Sea Resort is located just south of Looc Bay on Tablas Island and only a short boat ride away from Boracay Island. Owned and managed by a wonderful Italian couple, the resort is built from the best local materials, hand crafted and carefully designed. It has an Italian ambiance, and serves Italian-Filipino cuisine in their restaurant.
