By the Sea Resort is located just south of Looc Bay on Tablas Island and only a short boat ride away from Boracay Island. Owned and managed by a wonderful Italian couple, the resort is built from the best local materials, hand crafted and carefully designed. It has an Italian ambiance, and serves Italian cuisine in their restaurant. They serve traditional homemade dish, cake , cookies, bread, gelato and tagliatelle.
